At OfficialPokemonCards.store, we want every Trainer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, our team is here to make it right. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below to ensure a smooth experience.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, quality control, and collector value, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used trading cards and collectibles
- Gift cards or promotional giveaway items
- Clearance or final-sale items
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@officialpokemoncards.store.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product and packaging
We will quickly arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days for funds to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
If you wish to exchange an eligible product, please contact us first at info@officialpokemoncards.store before returning anything, so we can assist you with the correct process.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- The return address and instructions will be provided once your return is authorized.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled before shipment.
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you no longer want the item, you may initiate a return once it arrives (subject to the conditions above).
